VintageClean preamp
The VintageClean Preamp based on the Dumble #124 amp’s preamp circuit, with some tweaks. We Use a Voltage booster circuit for high plate voltage ,this is able to be ran from12V min 500mA.
This is designed as a clean platform ,that takes with pedals working well. The preamp run it straight into the effect loop return of your existing amplifier (bypass the stock preamp), or plug it directly into an interface for recording and use your favorite cab-sim software, also possible plug into the front end of your favorite amp for extra tone shaping or use like a clean booster pedal. (TBP footswitch is optional)
Each of these is built to order and a variety of finishes are optional and extra cost.(Tolex,Suede etc…)

The PHIL is an own version of one of the most sought after overdrives of all time.
PHIL has a slight reduction low-mids so that it’s even more transparent at the gain set mid or higher.
The TREBLE control has been tweaked for more clean headroom at lower gain settings, and a sweeter drive sound at higher gain settings.
Just like the “K” style pedals, the PHIL features a buffered bypass and Charge Pump for more Headroom.
